Ichemco: new curing agent

In the world of natural rubber solvent-borne PSA, products often require appropriate curing. The scope is not only increasing cohesion, but enhancing adhesion of different carrier materials like PP, PE or PET. Isocyanates are still the preferred option in this field.

The limit of this technology is often determined by pot life. Without an online mixing system, working with it can become difficult, especially during summer. Ichemco proposes a viable solution: CURING AGENT P 65, a new MDI-based solution dissolved in a new solvent system that extends the pot life of such systems considerably. It is also compatible with all solvent types usually employed for natural-rubber PSA.
