Neenah Gessner mill, Bruckmühl-Germany invests in new headbox

Neenah, Inc is pleased to announce a large capital investment in a new headbox for the paper machine at the Neenah Gessner mill in Bruckmühl, Germany. The headbox is the critical component for paper formation because it is the first piece of equipment moving from the fiber preparation to the papermaking processes. The new headbox, manufactured by Voith, will have state of the art technology for superior quality, paper strength and excellent uniformity of formation. The installation will include a state of the art control and integration system to extract the maximum performance from the headbox.
